Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Hold one dumbbell in each hand and place it on each bear. Bend your knees while still holding the weights. Keep your back straight and bend forward slightly when bending your knees. Try to squat till your thighs are parallel with ground. Return to the standing standing up. Repeat exercise 12 times, rest and repeat.
